The fine print
- Currency & GST
- All prices in INR. 18% GST applies on India-domiciled invoices. Cross-border engagements invoice in USD at prevailing rate, zero-rated.
- Payment terms
- Spark, Prism, Shield: 100% upfront on charter signature (Razorpay or bank transfer). Forge and Build: 40% kickoff, 40% mid-point, 20% on cutover. Helm and Pulse: monthly in advance, first month on signature.
- Scope change
- New scope = new charter. We do not bill hourly for added work. If the original scope is clearly wrong, we rewrite the charter without penalty.
- Refunds & credits
- Spark is refundable within 48 hours of kickoff call if we jointly decide the problem is out of our fit. If we recommend you spend nothing at end of a Spark, we credit 50% toward a future engagement within 12 months.
- IP & confidentiality
- All code and deliverables produced for you belong to you. We retain rights to generalized methods and patterns. Mutual NDA is part of every charter.
