Prism is a one-day facilitated workshop for your leadership team. We use the PRISM framework (Intent → Scope → Context → Gap → Plan → Quality → Execute) to get everyone agreed on one AI initiative before a rupee of engineering spend.
Who it's for
Teams where the CEO, CTO, and Head-of-Product disagree on what AI should do first. Also: GCC captive leadership teams charter-phase.
What you leave with
- Full-day on-site or Zoom workshop (9:30am–5:30pm IST)
- Pre-read + intake survey to all participants
- Written charter doc signed by all leaders at end of day
- 30-day follow-up check-in call
